All sites include water, sewer, trash pickup, & shared Wifi.

Check out is 12:00pm Noon, you MUST extend your reservation to extend your stay. Your site is ONLY guaranteed for the time of your reservation.

Rates reflect payment by check or money order. These is a 4% card fee that is not included in the rates. NO CASH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED.

When more than 2 adults are staying, there is an additional charge of $2.00 per person for daily & weekly rates.

Limit of 8 people per site.

Monthly sites pay for electricity @ ($0.15/kwh) , billed monthly

Monthly reservations require a $100 deposit, refunded at the end of your reservation once your account is settled or if cancelled with 60 days notice.

A late fee of $35 will be charged for rent 3 days past due and another $35 charge every 7 days not paid.
